Client Brand Kit and file library

Each client has two areas for materials: the Brand Kit, with the brand's visual identity, and the Arquivos (Files) tab, a library of documents and links. Both are in the client profile, under Clientes (Clients), and only appear after the client has been saved.

Build the Brand Kit

  1. Open Clientes and click the client.
  2. Go to the Brand Kit tab.
  3. Under Logotipos (Logos), drag in the logo variations (primary, horizontal, symbol...). You can use Definir como principal (Set as primary).
  4. Under Paleta de cores (Color palette), click Adicionar cor (Add color), enter a name and the HEX. RGB and HSL are calculated automatically.
  5. Under Tipografia (Typography), click Adicionar fonte (Add font), enter the name (it can be from Google Fonts) and its role: heading, body, highlight.
  6. Use Referências (References) for the moodboard, Elementos (Elements) for icons, textures, and patterns, and Imagens da empresa (Company images) for real photos.

Images must be at least 400px and at most 10MB. You can upload several at once.

The Templates section shows reusable designs (post, job ad, signature) created by the BrainPilot Designer, with Abrir no editor (Open in editor). To take everything elsewhere, click Exportar (Export): Scrumboards downloads a ZIP with colors, fonts, and files.

Use the Files tab

  1. In the client profile, open the Arquivos tab.
  2. Click Adicionar (Add).
  3. Choose the type: Arquivo (File, uploaded from your computer) or Link (a URL starting with http:// or https://).
  4. Fill in Título (Title), Descrição (Description), and Categoria (Category).
  5. Under Visibilidade (Visibility), choose Interno (Internal, team only) or Compartilhado com cliente (Shared with client).
  6. Optionally check Destaque / Fixado (Featured / Pinned) and save.

Use search and the category, type, and visibility filters to find an item. AI agents with access to client files can read the content of uploaded documents; a badge on the item shows whether it has been read yet.

Frequently asked questions

Why can't I see the Brand Kit or Files tab?

Both depend on your role's permissions. In the Brand Kit, viewing, exporting, and editing each section (logos, colors, typography, references, elements) are separate permissions. In Files, viewing, creating, editing, and deleting are too. Contact your company's administrator.

Can the client see internal files?

No. Only items marked as Compartilhado com cliente are meant for the client. See Client portal.
