Plans and limits
Every company in Scrumboards has a plan. The plan sets how many projects, members, and clients you can have and which modules appear in the menu, such as CRM, Finance, and BRAINPILOT. You can check all of this under Assinatura (Subscription).
How to see your plan and usage
- In the menu, under Administração (Administration), click Assinatura.
- Your current plan name appears at the top of the page.
- In the Uso Atual (Current usage) panel, see how many projects, members, and clients you use and the limit for each. The ∞ symbol means unlimited.
- Further down, under Escolha seu Plano (Choose your plan), compare what each plan includes.
The usage bar turns red once you pass 80% of the limit.
What happens at the limit
When you reach the limit, Scrumboards won't let you create another item of that type and shows the message Limite do plano atingido (Plan limit reached). Nothing that already exists is deleted. The limit is checked on the server, so it applies everywhere, including invitations.
Who counts as a member
- Active people and people on vacation count.
- Inactive or offboarded people don't count.
- Client portal users don't count.
How to change plans

Frequently asked questions
Who can open the Subscription page?
The owner, admins, and anyone with permission to view or manage finance.
A module disappeared from the menu. Is it the plan?
It could be. Each plan turns on a set of modules. It could also be your role's permissions; see Roles and permissions.
Is custom-domain email included in every plan?
No. Email is a separate module. Without it, the email tab shows the offer instead of the inbox.
