Virtual office: rooms and who's where

Rooms is your team's virtual office: a map with rooms where each person (and each AI agent) appears where they are. Open Rooms in the menu to see who's where, enter a room, and chat. You need the Acessar o escritório (Rooms) (Access the office) permission.

Rooms tabs

  • Escritório (Office): the map, in Vista simples (Simple view) or Escritório 3D (3D office).
  • Meu Espaço (My space): your avatar and your room.
  • Pessoas (People): who's in the office right now. Tap someone to Enviar mensagem (Send message) or Chamar (áudio/vídeo) (Call, audio/video).
  • Conversas (Chats): the team and agent chat.
  • Reuniões (Meetings): live video rooms and history.
  • Ambientes (Rooms setup): the office floor plan, for administrators only.

Enter a room and change your status

  1. In the Escritório tab, click the room where you want to be. The top shows Você está em (You are in) and the room name.
  2. In the status picker, leave Automático (Automatic, status follows the room type) or choose a fixed one: Disponível (Available), Trabalhando (Working), Em reunião (In a meeting), Não perturbe (Do not disturb), Almoçando (At lunch), Pausa (Break), or Ausente (Away).
  3. The first time, use Criar personagem (Create avatar) to appear your way. Later, adjust it in Meu personagem (My avatar) and decorate in Minha sala (My room).

Design the office floor plan (administrators)

  1. Open the Ambientes tab. Only the workspace owner or administrators can edit.
  2. If it's empty, start with a ready-made floor plan. Or click Adicionar ambiente (Add room) and choose a template.
  3. Drag the squares on the Planta do escritório (Office floor plan) to position and resize them.
  4. Click a room to change its Nome (Name), Tipo (Type), Capacidade (Capacity), image, and personality (colors, furniture, TV video, bookshelf documents, wall photos). Check Ambiente privado (Private room) so only invited people can enter.

Frequently asked questions

Do AI agents appear in the office?

Yes, agents marked as No escritório (In the office) appear on the map and move around based on what they're doing.

I don't see the Ambientes tab. Why?

It only appears for the workspace owner and administrators.

Can I put a finance document on the bookshelf?

No. The bookshelf is visible to the whole team, so the system rejects finance links.
