How to report content or block someone

To report content, click the flag icon (Denunciar, Report) next to it, choose a reason, and submit. The Scrumboards team reviews the report within 24 hours, and the author doesn't find out who reported it.

What you can report

  • Chat messages.
  • AI agent responses.
  • Meeting messages.
  • Task comments.
  • Images generated by PIXEL.

How to report

  1. Hover over the content and click the Denunciar flag icon.
  2. Choose the reason: Ofensivo ou discurso de ódio (Offensive or hate speech), Assédio ou ameaça (Harassment or threat), Spam ou golpe (Spam or scam), Conteúdo sexual ou impróprio (Sexual or inappropriate content), Perigoso ou ilegal (Dangerous or illegal), or Outro motivo (Other reason).
  3. Optionally fill in Conte o que aconteceu (opcional) (Tell us what happened, optional).
  4. Click Enviar denúncia (Submit report).

If you've already reported the same content, Scrumboards lets you know the review is in progress.

How to block someone in a direct message

  1. Open the direct conversation with the person.
  2. Click Bloquear (Block).
  3. Confirm in the prompt.

Blocked people can no longer send you direct messages. Nothing changes in company channels. To undo it, open the same conversation and click Desbloquear (Unblock).

Frequently asked questions

Will the person know I blocked them?

When they try to send a direct message, they see that you don't receive messages from them. They can't look up a list of who blocked them.

I don't see the flag icon.

The report and block buttons only appear when the feature is turned on in your environment. If they don't appear, email [email protected] with what you want to report.

What happens to my report if I delete my account?

It stays in the moderation queue, with the reported excerpt and the decision made.
