How to change or reset your password

If you forgot your password, click Esqueci minha senha (Forgot my password) on the sign-in screen and follow the link sent to your email. If you remember your password and just want to change it, use the Alterar Senha (Change password) card in Configurações (Settings).

How to reset your password

On the sign-in screen, click Esqueci minha senha.
Enter your account email and click Enviar link de recuperação (Send reset link).
Open the email from Scrumboards and click the link. The subject line may be in English: Reset your password.
On the Nova senha (New password) screen, enter your new password and click Atualizar senha (Update password).

The link is valid for 1 hour and works only once. For security, the screen always says the email was sent, even if the address has no account.

How to change your password

Click your photo at the top of the screen, then Configurações.
On the Alterar Senha card, enter your Senha atual (Current password).
Enter the Nova senha and repeat it in Confirmar senha (Confirm password).
Click Alterar senha (Change password).

You'll get an email letting you know your password was changed.

Password rules

At least 10 characters.
Passwords that have appeared in public data breaches may be rejected. Choose a long, unique passphrase.

Frequently asked questions

I requested the link several times and nothing arrived.

There's a 60-second wait between requests and a limit per hour and per day. Wait a few minutes, check your spam folder, and try again. See also I didn't get the email.

I don't see Settings in my menu.

Use the Esqueci minha senha path, which works for any account. An admin in your company can also reset your password in Usuários → Membros (Users → Members) using the Redefinir senha (Reset password) icon.

I sign in with Google. Do I need a password?

No. If you'd also like to sign in with email and password, request the link through Esqueci minha senha using the same email as your Google account.
