How to bring in data from another tool

Scrumboards doesn't have a spreadsheet importer for tasks, projects, or clients yet. That data goes in through the app screens or through an AI connected to your account. There are import paths for CRM leads, assets, and agent memories, explained below.

What you can import

  • CRM leads, via API: in CRM (CRM) > Integrações (Integrations), on the Chaves de API (API keys), Webhooks (Webhooks), and Documentação (Documentation) tabs, you generate a key and send leads from your website or another system to the pipeline without duplicating contacts. Requires the CRM API permission.
  • Assets, via spreadsheet: in Financeiro (Finance) > Patrimônio (Assets), the Importar planilha (Import spreadsheet) button accepts .xlsx, .xls, or .csv, with headers in the first row. You can download a ready-made template. Requires finance management permission.
  • Agent memories: in BRAINPILOT, under Memória (Memory), use Importar de arquivo (Import from file) (.txt, .md, .csv, .xlsx, .docx, or .pdf).
  • Brand Kit files: on the client profile, you can upload several logos, images, and fonts at once and review them before importing.

Tasks through a connected AI

If you use ChatGPT, Claude, or another compatible AI, you can connect it to Scrumboards in Agentes conectados (Connected agents). The AI can create up to 30 tasks at once inside a project, which helps you move a list over from another tool. See Connect ChatGPT, Claude, or another AI.

How to get started without importing

  1. Add your clients in Clientes (Clients).
  2. Create your projects and main tasks. See Create a project and your first tasks.
  3. Use brief templates to reuse descriptions without retyping them.

Frequently asked questions

Can I export my data?

Yes, several reports have a CSV download button, such as the Relatório de Tarefas (Task report), transactions, and cash flow.

Do you import from Trello, Asana, or similar tools?

No, there's no direct importer for those tools at the moment.
