Reports: deliveries, revisions, and who delivered

Reports live under Relatórios (Reports) in the sidebar and are available to anyone with permission to view reports. There are five: Projetos (Projects), Tarefas (Tasks), Refações (Revisions), Tempo (Time), and Estouros de tempo (Time overruns). To see what was delivered and by whom, use the Relatório de Tarefas (Task report).

Task report

It shows Total de Tarefas (Total tasks), Concluídas (Completed), Em Andamento (In progress), and Taxa de Conclusão (Completion rate), plus a Detalhamento (Breakdown) with task, project, status, priority, complexity, assignee, revisions, and Entregue por (Delivered by).

  1. Open Relatórios > Tarefas.
  2. Filter by period, project, status, or person, or use Buscar tarefa... (Search task...).
  3. In the person filter, choose between Responsável (qualquer) (Assignee (any)), which shows tasks where the person is one of the assignees, and Quem entregou (Who delivered), which shows tasks they moved to a delivery status.
  4. Click a row to open the task. Ctrl (or Cmd) + click opens it in a new tab.
  5. Use the CSV button to download the list.

How "Delivered by" is calculated

A task counts as delivered when it moves to the company's done or approval status. The name comes with the delivery date. In Quem entregou mode, the period is based on the delivery date, not the creation date.

When a task has no recorded status history, Scrumboards infers who delivered it from the assignees' hours and attachments. In those cases, the name shows the deduzido (inferred) label.

Revisions report

In Relatórios > Refações, you see Total de Refações (Total revisions), Média por Tarefa (Average per task), the project and task with the most revisions, and the Detalhamento por Projeto (Breakdown by project). Revisions are logged on the task itself with the Registrar Refação (Log revision) button, including the reason and up to 5 images.

Time and overruns

  • Tempo: hours logged per person.
  • Estouros de tempo: the time estimated by complexity compared to actual time, with the justifications. See Timer and hours.

Frequently asked questions

Why does someone show up under "Delivered by" without being an assignee?

Whoever moved the task to the delivery status is the one who delivered it, even if they weren't an assignee. When an AI agent moves the task on someone's behalf, the agent appears alongside them.

Does the report show data from other companies?

No. Only the company that's currently open.
