Privacy and data protection (LGPD)

Scrumboards complies with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD). You can download a copy of your data, manage cookies, review your consent to sharing data with AI providers, and delete your account, all from within the app. The Privacy policy explains what data we collect and why.

How to download a copy of your data

  1. Open My account.
  2. In the Zona de Perigo (Danger zone), under Exportar meus dados (LGPD) (Export my data (LGPD)), click Baixar meus dados (Download my data).
  3. Scrumboards generates a JSON file with the personal data stored on the platform.

Your rights

Under the LGPD, you can confirm whether we process your data, access it, correct anything that's wrong, request anonymization, blocking, or deletion, request portability, and withdraw consent. People with access to Settings can correct their name, photo, and profile details in Meu Perfil (My profile). For any other request, email [email protected].

Cookies

To choose which cookies to accept, open the Cookie policy page. People with access to Settings also find the Gerenciar cookies (Manage cookies) button on the Privacidade & Cookies (Privacy & Cookies) card.

Artificial intelligence

When Scrumboards asks for your consent to send data to AI providers, the Inteligência artificial (Artificial intelligence) section in My account shows who receives what and lets you withdraw consent. Once withdrawn, AI features stay off for you until you consent again.
