How to create your account and company

To get started, create your account on the Crie sua conta (Create your account) screen, confirm your email with the link we send, and on your first login, fill in your company and profile details. It takes just a few minutes.

1. Create the account

  1. Go to scrumboards.com.br/signup.
  2. Fill in Nome (First name), Sobrenome (Last name), E-mail, and a password with at least 10 characters.
  3. Check Li e aceito os Termos de Uso e a Política de Privacidade (I have read and accept the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy). The email newsletter box is optional.
  4. Wait for the security check to finish and click Criar conta (Create account).
  5. Open the email we sent and click the link to confirm. After that, just sign in with your email and password.

If you prefer, use Continuar com Google (Continue with Google) or Continuar com Apple (Continue with Apple), when those buttons appear on screen. In that case, you don't need to confirm your email separately.

2. Set up the company (onboarding)

On your first login, Scrumboards opens a three-step wizard: Sua Empresa (Your company), Seu Perfil (Your profile), and Pronto! (Done!).

  1. In Sua Empresa, enter the CNPJ (Brazilian company tax ID). The system tries to fill in the name automatically.
  2. Check the Nome da empresa (Company name), choose the Segmento (Industry) and Tamanho da equipe (Team size), and click Continuar (Continue).
  3. In Seu Perfil, upload a photo if you like and enter Seu cargo / função (Your job title / role). You can also choose what you'll use first (optional).
  4. Click Finalizar (Finish). On the Tudo pronto! (All set!) screen, continue to the dashboard.

That's it: you're the owner of this company and can now invite your team and create your first project.

I didn't get the confirmation email. What now?

Someone invited me. Do I need to create a company?

No. Open the invitation link and choose Criar conta or Entrar (Sign in). You'll go straight into the company of the person who invited you.

Can I have more than one company?
